ACL Operation on the 22nd of October

So after seeing the doctor and doing some exams to see how things were going in my knee, the doctor fixed the operation on the 22nd…

After that I´ll have 6 months of recovery before I can hit the water again… I´ll go to a specialized recovery center just after the operation for a period 3 weeks… then 3 months on my own and 2 more in CERS (European sportsmen recovery center) to build muscle to make it stronger and not allowing any future injury…

    salut Mallo, j’espere que tu recuperes vite et que tu seras de retour sur le pkra bientot !
    j’ai vu que avant ton operation tu naviguais avec une atelle de genou, peux tu me renseigner sur le modele que tu avais. J’ai aussi un probleme au genou (rupture partielle du LCA) mais pas d’operation.
